Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our transportation partners. Please review the terms below before booking.

Payment Terms

All bookings require a 30% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance is automatically charged to your card on file 14 days before your trip date. If you book less than 14 days before your trip, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Additional Cancellation Terms

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our support team. The cancellation date is determined by when we receive your written request.
  • Partial cancellations, such as reducing from two vehicles to one, are subject to the same cancellation policy on a per-vehicle basis. The cancellation window applies to each vehicle being canceled.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

Itinerary Changes

Changes to your trip details, including dates, times, pickup or dropoff locations, and passenger count, can be requested up to 14 days before the trip and are subject to availability. Changes may result in a price adjustment based on the updated trip details. Changes requested less than 14 days before the trip cannot be guaranteed.

Customer No-Show

If the assigned vehicle arrives at the scheduled pickup location and you or your group are not present, and we are unable to reach the contact person within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, the trip will be considered a no-show. No refund will be issued for no-shows. The full booking amount will be retained.

Trip Protection Guarantee

Your trip is protected when you book with ToorBus. In the unlikely event that your assigned transportation provider is unable to fulfill your trip, we will work to find a qualified replacement provider at no additional cost to you. This guarantee is included with every booking at no extra charge.

If we are unable to secure a suitable replacement provider, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, regardless of the cancellation window above.

Force Majeure

ToorBus is not liable for cancellations, delays, or service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, government actions, pandemics, civil unrest, or other extraordinary circumstances. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule your trip or provide a credit toward a future booking.

This policy is effective as of the date of your booking and may be updated from time to time. The policy in effect at the time of your booking applies to your reservation.
